RAQI AI — Responsible AI Policy
Effective: January 2026
1. Our Commitment
Raqi AI is committed to developing and deploying artificial intelligence that is transparent, accountable, and aligned with the genuine interests of the businesses and communities we serve. We believe AI must earn trust — not assume it.
2. Sovereignty & Data Privacy
We build AI systems that respect the right of organizations to own their data. Our products — DHIA.ai, In-Q.AI, and CLASTIQ.ai — are architected so that client data never leaves the client's perimeter without explicit consent. We do not train our models on client data. We do not sell, share, or monetize client information in any form.
3. Transparency
We are honest about what our AI can and cannot do. We do not overstate capabilities, manufacture benchmarks, or obscure limitations. Every AI output in our products is traceable to a source — clients always know why the system said what it said.
4. Human Oversight
AI in our systems augments human decision-making — it does not replace it. In high-stakes domains such as legal analysis, financial review, and compliance, our systems surface evidence and flag risk, but final decisions remain with qualified human professionals.
5. Fairness & Non-Discrimination
We design and test our systems to minimize bias in outputs. We do not knowingly deploy AI in contexts where it would be used to discriminate against individuals or groups on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, or any protected characteristic.
6. Security
Our infrastructure follows Defense-in-Depth principles. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access controls, audit logs, and zero-retention defaults are standard across our product suite — not optional add-ons.
7. Regulatory Alignment
We design our products to support compliance with applicable data protection and AI governance frameworks, including GDPR, UAE PDPL, and emerging GCC AI regulations. We actively monitor the regulatory landscape and update our systems accordingly.
8. No Harmful Use
We do not provide AI services for applications designed to deceive, manipulate, surveil without consent, generate disinformation, or cause harm to individuals or communities. We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements that conflict with these principles.
9. Continuous Improvement
Responsible AI is not a checkbox — it is an ongoing practice. We conduct regular internal reviews of our systems, welcome client feedback on ethical concerns, and commit to updating this policy as technology and best practices evolve.
